Roughly similar to Bomberman, an alien force has invaded and you don a tank to bomb and shoot them away.
In this game, which has taken a few light liberties with Bomberman, you hop in a tank and drag it around with the mouse. The tank shoots and can also drop bombs which are useful for clearing walls.
The most interesting thing about Z.A.T.T (which stands for Zvadiah Amajo's Tank Trooper) is the way with which you control the tank. Loosely connected to it is a string. Moving the mouse moves the string and drags the tank along behind it. You also shoot in the direction you're facing, so fling the tank around and start clicking.
Included in the game (which is apparently not yet 100% complete) are ten levels of story mode and twenty of base defend. In the second mode you are paired with another good-guy and are set the task of defending something. If it gets shattered, you lose.
While it's not exactly the most exciting game around, it is a lot simpler than the recently reviewed fare and after all, don't you deserve a break?
