T.H.U.G.S. is an urban conflict simulator created as a student project at DigiLab Intitute of Technology.
Barrioville has been under an economic recession and due to cutbacks, the police force's presence has diminished greatly and the streets are writhe with thuggery and crime.
The game play is similar to risk and you are in control of a group of thugs. You ultimately are competing in "turf wars" where your group of thugs will take over neighbourhoods and will have to fight other lawless groups.
T.H.U.G.S makes for some interesting and origional gaming and considering it tops any University project I've ever done, it's well worth checking out.
