A relaxing siesta on the ocean where fish roam free and a harpooner lines up his sights.
In one of the most incredibly fun games to come around in recent memory, Fishing Fun manages to be simple, complex and youthful all the while being charmingly innocent.
When you take to the sea in your little dinghy, armed with only your harpoon and your wits, the sea is calm. Aiming with the arrow keys and firing with space, the game exceeds simplicity. Then, in the words of George Kostanza, “the sea [gets] angry that day, my friends. Like an old man trying to return soup at a deli.”
And like that man you will save your well earned fish dollars to buy sonar, fish food, depth chargers (which should be illegal, but its just a game) and massively overpowered harpoons.
My only complaint would be that there isn’t enough base levels to get your spending money up, but that didn’t stop me from playing for far too many hours just because its – Fishing Fun.
This game is not good for your life, health, mind, or eyes but it's good for me!
