A minigame involveing a driving tractorbeam which spreads happiness.
In a game which seems to be inspired by marbles - if it was played in a first person perspective. The idea is, in your little cart you select a ball, aim and launch it at others. Successfully bouncing balls off each other increases your score.
To get an idea of what its like, imagine the recently reviewed Marble++ except instead of using the mouse to select balls, you drive a buggy around with a tractorbeam on the front.
With this beam, you suck a ball towards yourself and drive around before releasing it with the goal of clicking two or more balls together. The idea is to clear the screen, made difficult by the way certain balls can only 'pop' other balls, blue goes with blue, for example.
While its short and not extremely polished, it is somewhat exciting. Each direct touch of a ball on you, drains your time and driving around becomes more and more dangerous as the levels rise. It's quirky and offbeat, not a complete game, but certainly not a write-off. Worth a look.
